What we collect

Name, phone number, email address if you give one, your city, and the details you tell us about your water heater. That comes either from the form on this site or from the phone call.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, schedule work and keep a record of what was done at your property. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Call and form tracking

We use WhatConverts, a third party lead tracking service, to understand which calls and form submissions come from where. It records the page you arrived on, the referring site, and the search terms or campaign that brought you, and it may display a different phone number to different visitors so we can attribute the call. If you call or submit a form, the details of that contact are recorded in that service as well as by us.

If you would prefer not to be tracked, most browsers offer a do not track setting, and ad blockers generally block this kind of script.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then removed. Job records are kept longer, because warranty and service history depend on them.
